Is a deposit required when facilitating a reservation?
Yes. Since we are reserving a vehicle specifically for you, we require a deposit for every booking. The amount may fluctuate for various reasons; so, simply give us a call to find out what you'll need in order to get your reservation going today!
How close to the event date can we make a reservation?
As long as vehicles are available, we can book a reservation on the day of your event. However, we commonly fill up weeks and months in advance, so it is to your benefit to book as early as you have your event details figured out.
What forms of payment will you accept?
We gladly accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. If you intend to pay via check, give us a call or send an email to quickly ascertain the parameters under which will accept check payments.
Is alcoholic beverage consumption permitted in your vehicles?
Yes! It wouldn't be a limo trip without a few adult beverages! We gladly allow alcohol consumption by any passengers who are of legal drinking age. Our D.O.T. registration as a limo carrier is what allows us to permit drinking to any legal passenger able to do so.
Do you have any hidden charges or fees?
Simply stated, no. All of our potential charges are fully disclosed up front as well as in our contract. Any possible incurred costs are clearly defined up front.
What condition are we allowed to leave your vehicle in at the end of our trip?
We kindly ask that you leave the limo, limo bus, or stretched SUV limo in as close to the same condition in which you received it.
Where are we allowed to travel?
We can take you anywhere you'd like to go, as long as it falls within your time allotment. You are afforded unlimited stops and mileage.
What are your hours?
Our office and garage is open to the public from 10 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. on Monday through Saturday to see buses. However, we are available by phone and email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
